Bet the title grabbed the attention of the oldies😂?

Anyhow, I still have the tools.

Anyone know of Irish ( or other ) source for the cable and glands?

A preference of 2x1.5.

Can’t help unfortunately but definitely got my attention. Remember making a tool for stripping the outer sheath in AnCO

Ya same as. And I still have the immersion spanner I made.

Went to London an they cut a notch in screwdriver for stripping.

Radionics still sell it I think. Very limited demand for it now. A church maybe!

Noel Simpsons in Leeson Close were the main supplier.

I think they are still in business but they don't seem to have a website.

I'm not sure you can get the tools here now , recently seen a second hand joy stripper for sale for 60 euros , a new one is about 160 sterling.

Noel snr Simpson will definitely get/have them, he's an amazing man and a man of knowledge. Yes they are still in business, was only taking to him today, no website.

We got cable glands for hazardous area’s recently from Wrexham cables.

There is another stripping tool like the joystripper you can get online, it’s blue with a black handle does a variety of sizes. It’s fine just get spare cutting blades. They probably sell the potting tool also.

Pyro will last forever when worked on correctly.
