Could someone advise (1) how to get to the above Park car, coming from Ennis. Is there a turn-off the motorway to Galway city. (PS, I don't have a Smartphone!) (2) Is there a restaurant in the Park (3) Is there parking in the Galway Plastic Surgery unit

No resturant, but loads of parking. It's fairly central, so loads of resturants within a few minutes of the place.
