Received letter from Gardai

I was refused my license after getting the relevant paperwork that I was asked to get by the Gardai in thomastown station, Kilkenny.

I was sent a letter stating that I was a danger to the public.

I was refused the license for hunting deer.

They then sent allowed another rifle into my home.

There are several firearms in my house

Surely they would have to give a good reason as to why he was a danger to the public.

Maybe he tried to shoot down the drone.

How can you be so certain the drone was placed by the guards over your property and not a neighbor flying a drone?

How do you know that the drone was belonging to the Gardai? Or any state body? Are you just speculating.

If you are going around spouting anti-state conspiracy guff, then there would be a reasonable basis to suspect you may be a bit unhinged and not fit to have guns.

Ehhh no I didn't try shoot it down. Are you nuts . I identified illegal drug dealers selling illegal drugs OTC.

The Gardai won't do anything about it. They know who they work for too. So do I.

I was harassed outside my home and in my job Bausch and Lomb in Waterford over a long period of time, it's connected to the above.

Strange but true. The Gardai also allow known IRA members firearms, optics etc

Can the gardai do this now randomly forming opinions about people?

Like what qualifications do inspectors or superintendents have .Always seemed like a court matter to me

Maybe some members of the public reported you to the Gardaí? We occasionally see/ hear hunters out shooting in local state woods, no signs or anything like that at entrances. Danger to members of the public that take exercise there. I take a photo of the cars parked up and send them to local station. Maybe you were shooting on some farmland without permission and the landowner reported you? Who knows, except the Gardaí.

Serious allegation there about the Gardai, the only thing you can do is contact the Superintendent of the station and ask them why you are classed as a danger to the public yet you have 1 licensed firearm.

This thread is an exact duplicate started by the same user back in February of this year.

I hesitate to label any user instead allowing them some leeway, but this is ridiculous. The accusations (unfounded) and allegations are nonsensical at best and fantasy at worst.
