The solar kit has to use more juice than 20W :) The Zappi rounds it so I checked earlier when outside and showed as 0.

Same here, 8kWp and fluttering between 50 and 100w. This is by far the worst day since install.

Luckily I still have 60% in the batteries

It got down to 4 watts generation at 11:30am. New record for daytime production and not a good one.

To be fair though and to take a positive out of it, the "solar forecast" from Met Eireann was spot on. Looking at the more general "normal" forecast, you'd never know it was going to be so bad.

but the radiation levels they predicted are exactly right.

The Met Eireann phone app showed 3 types of rain in Dublin today. Light rain, rain and heavy rain. We’ve 40 shades of green, so why stop at 1 for rain!

Yeah I'm no longer in 0kWh club I've generated 0.1kWh 🤣 and looks like it might generate a little bit more! currently generating 20W.

Gotta love load shifting just wish I'd added extra 30% this morning. my default is 70% of 10kWh - won't make it to night rate if this weather doesn't clear.
