Bit mad that your captain gets a brace and strolls to all 3 bonus points but your gameweek rank is still like almost 6 million. They should just leave Haaland out of the game altogether next season, he is killing any chance of variance

l get the argument, but the way it is now, it’s more based on your ability to pick 10 other players and skill in that than following the hers. What would a template team look like now and is it doing what it should ?

Keepers - wide range of options and no one defo keeper that everyone has / wants to start.

Defenders - Cancelo probably high ownership but even then city only have 5 CS in 11 games - hardly solid

Trippier - probably best value defender in game

after that its a bit random?

midfield - a lot don’t have foden despite topping the midfield players, salah has no form, hardly anyone has kdb, son no where to be seen etc Maddison/Zaha are hot/cold. Trossaed probably benched for pool and city games.

steikers - some play two up front - so it’s Haaland and either mitrovic/toney/Kane/Jesus

lol definitely variance lies that way, down the ranks. Id say most people in the top million right now are mainly there by captaining Haaland for his two early hat tricks, it was like having a 60 point head start on everyone else

a few weeks ago I would have said 15m but after today he is on 17 goals in 13 games, it is 1.3 goals a game which would put him on target for a 49 goal season were he to play all 38 games. While that wont happen him getting 40 goals is very likely. Salahs record of 32 goals in a season will be shredded by March, its actually insane what Haaland is doing. So yeah price him at 20m to rebalance the game
