At a 55" you'd probably be starting with the Panasonic TX55JX940b which does support HDMI 2.1 and VRR:

The above mentioned Panasonic would be the starting point for VRR 120Hz.

Or if you wanted to go all out then perhaps the LG 55C24 coming in at £1199
