Apparently she used to be or is a big wrestling fan/blogger who was always a Sheamus fan. Good luck to them. Life is good for the fella at the moment. Hopefully they hurry up and give him that Intercontinental title win so he can complete the set. Not sure why he was wearing a kilt mind you.

Hunter really scrapping the bottom of the barrel now bringing back Madcap Moss other half Emma.

    I always quite liked Emma.

Tbf, Emma is often overlooked when people talk about the Women's Revolution. Her match with Paige at NXT Arrival in 2014 was considered the foundation for the Women's Revolution so it makes sense why HHH would bring her back.

Apparently Chelsea Green is also en route shortly. With or without Cardona is the big question.

I don't really mind them resigning the likes of Emma, it at least gives some sort of depth to a roster that was treading water for a good while. They only had Ronda, Charlotte, Natalya, Shayna and Shotzi at one point on Smackdown. Oh yeah Lacey Evans was there the odd time too 🤣 and a lesser spotted Xia Ling I suppose...

Now they've traded Liv, added Raquel and Emma and Damage Control are doing both shows so it's a good bit better now. Presumably Toxic Attraction end up there too in the next couple of months.

But they still only concentrate on a couple women at a time. They do seem to be doing better now but what will they do with Emma now she made her return? She'll probably do an interview next week when we'll hear why she's back and maybe she'll change her name.

They do but in a WWE Vs AEW context the WWE women’s division as a whole is the one area that AEW are behind in. The AEW women’s division is a disaster, and triple h being in charge in WWE will make WWE a much more attractive place for female talent to sign with. I mean the original NXT women’s division was one the best WWE did and the amount of talent it sent to the main roster is impressive.

    Whoa

That's some forbidden door stuff, although guessing it's a one-off for Muta's looming retirement and so they can induct him into the hall of fame this year.

According to GiveMeSport, WWE’s Chief Content Officer Triple H is considering the idea of bringing Money In The Bank back to WrestleMania.

From 2005 (WrestleMania 21) to 2010 (WrestleMania 26), the Money In The Bank Ladder Match was a part of the biggest show of the year.

However, in 2010, WWE introduced a separate pay-per-view for Money In The Bank, and the tradition of having the Money In The Bank ladder match at the Show of Shows ended at WrestleMania 27.

While nothing is finalized as of this writing, there have been some talks of having the Men’s & Women’s Money In The Bank Ladder Matches on separate nights at WrestleMania, since WrestleMania became a two-night event in 2020.

This would be much better than it being it’s own PPV.

There's always a gagle of people in the mid card who "deserve" to be on the Mania card, but don't have a natural story going into it

It's a great way to have 6-8 people included on the card without bloating it with too many matches

Plus MITB is great for the old "WrestleMania moment"

Just reading there that Mrs Sheamus is just 26 The Fella is a bit of a cradle snatcher nearly 20 years his junior.

It's unusual these days I guess. But just about on the right side of respectable!

This and how it’s being reported that triple h wants to get rid of HIAC as it’s own ppv and only use the Match as to the end to a feud is showing that triple h slowly and incrementally is changing things for the better.

MITB back at WM is a great idea, these sometimes were the best WM matches

Smackdown only doing 835k viewers when moved off free TV to cable.

    Shocking numbers really.

Must be something in the water last Friday. Did you see rampage ratings????

Showbuzz Daily reports that this past Friday's episode of AEW Rampage on TNT was able to draw a total of 378,000 viewers, with a rating of 0.12 in the key 18-49 demographic. This is down 21.25% from last week’s 480,000 total viewers.

Last Friday night's 0.12 rating is down 7.69% from last week’s 0.13 rating. Last Friday's 0.12 rating represents 158,000 viewers in the key 18-49 demographic, which is down 7.05% from last week's 170,000 total viewers with a 0.13 rating, reports Wrestlenomics. Last Friday night's AEW Rampage episode drew the third-lowest total audience of the year so far for an episode on the normal 10PM timeslot and the second-lowest key demo rating of the year so far for an episode on the normal 10PM timeslot, which is tied with three other episodes.

World Series is on taking viewers from both (and everything else).

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,155 ✭✭✭ThePott

Which was conveniently not mentioned in the post (or the other post), or that Rampage also had a bad rating.

This place would be a lot nicer without some of the tribalist shite stirring.

Half the **** is stirred by the likes of Satin who just posts figures with no context at all on Twitter. Funnily enough when Smackdown was doing 2.2 million a week or two back he turned off comments too, quite sad really.

GCW has announced a streaming deal with Fite TV, nothing to do with WWE as some were suggesting.

Major intelligence reports coming out in the US media of an imminent attack on Saudi by Iran.

Will The Fed risk it and go over for that Saudi money anyway

If Vince was still there that wouldn't even be a question. There's no way they won't go unless there's an attack beforehand or a very credible threat to them.
