Dollars to Euros

I have some dollars left over from holidays that I'd like to exchange for euros, BOI seem to be the only ones doing foreign exchange but you need to have an account with them. Is there anywhere else I can exchange them?

AIB do it too as do Credit Unions usually but all require an account to the best of my knowledge. Don't know about An Post who definitely sell it but not sure about buying it back. I lodged dollars in AIB lately so unless they have stopped in past month or two!

Typical I only have a PTSB account.
Might asked around family members to see if any of them have an AIB account I could use.
