Hi Hopefully somebody can steer me right on this. Company I work for has told me that they want to reduce the % of salary they contribute to my pension. Obviously I don't agree to this. Can somebody tell me what my options are if they press ahead, even if I don't agree?

Is there anything about it in your contract or your company handbook? That should be your first port of call. If it's in your contract that if you contribute x% they will contribute y% then you can use that with them.

So you need to negotiate an acceptable alternative, or they make you redundant.
Or they unilaterally make the cut and you consult a lawyer and take them to whatever court is appropriate.
