Recommend your Golf Travel Bag/ Cover

Hi all,

I'm looking to get a golf travel bag for the other half and am looking for suggestions/recommendations if anyone has any please?

Would like a decent sized one that can fit extra bits in.

I got an Ogio one a couple of years ago, very good quality. Can't remember the exact model.

Think they have some Black Friday deals on at the moment, so worth taking a look

Never had one. I did however hear a good tip to protect drivers/woods etc. if its a newer club it probably has a removable head. Take if off and put it into the headcover during transit.

Hard case ones are definitely the best for protecting your clubs but they are heavy and expensive. If you are travelling a lot with your clubs I would recommend getting one as they do get thrown around a bit.

Otherwise a soft travel bag would be just fine taking a few precautions.

Prob wont go for th hard case ones as they are heavy but the ones with the hard top might be an option depending on size as the hard ones also seem to be smaller than the canvas ones

It was on the OGIO site, but it was bought pre-covid, so they're maybe not offering any longer?

I have this one, got it well reduced last black Friday on McGuirks. Its got great space to throw extra stuff in, would nearly take two small bags. Also folds up nice and small for storage! Little bit on the pricey side now though.

That went up for cyber Monday and is still showing. I picked one up and am delighted with it (though haven't used it yet, so time will tell I suppose!). It looks really good "in the flesh".
