    ... but on the bit I copied in from the app it says  You will receive a maximum of 1 Scratch & Win per day.

    Contradiction? I'm hoping your info is the correct version lol

    They said "There is a technical error in the app at the moment affecting the scratch and win prizes. Our IT Team are working hard to have this resolved asap." No need to panic :)

    I am the same as above, i didn't receive a scratch card from Fridays shopping. Also didn't get my mixed peppers free with the parkrun code. I've sent them a message on the app and am waiting for a reply.

    Oh for gods sake, what else has gone up now? 😭 40% is a shocking jump!

    I got a scratch card yesterday but no sign of the missing ones yet.. They said in the Bare With message that missed ones would be assigned back to the account. It didn't say how long it would take though.
