Testing 5G Broadband

Hi all, I want to test 5G broadband, partly to get out of my Virgin broadband reliance. Does anyone know if I can just return Eir/Vodafone/Three equipment to their stores after cancelation if it's not suitable?

eir give you 14 days cooling off dont know what you need to sign up for as we already have phone with eir , just got the 5g modem, which is slower than my 4g external aerial setup. but we are keeping the sim because it saves us overall.

You can only get the 14 day cooling off period if signed up online as part of the distance selling regulations.

Your best bet is either to try a prepaid sim for each network in an unlocked 5G modem or smartphone to see what your speeds will be like
