30 minutes a day. No minimum pace.

how did you all get on in the ice? anyone manage to get them all in

seriously impressed if you did, given i've my head glued back together after a fall in the ice.

Fared out ok with the ice, mind you it was not particularly bad where I live....But I have had to call it quits on the 17th, just did not get a chance to get out. A bit disappointed, but what can you do.

So far so good I changed up my routes so avoided the worst of it, funny enough I came off the bike the other night on the ice was a sore one.

Still going so far. This challenge has made me run in conditions I would normally stay in bed for, simply because I'm too stubborn. Admittedly on the icy-est day I had to drive to a local park for the run as the path outside my gate was a deathtrap! Was tough around day 6/7 staying motivated but now it has simply become part of life. Nice way to avoid getting as fat through December for a change!

And I’m done. 421km average 4.36 per Km Really enjoyed this year only soaked on two of the runs nice base for my first small ultra I’m doing in 6 weeks time.

It’s been a great year in terms of races and performances I’ve improved at the IM distance, looking to build on that for the new year.

Happy New Year to everyone and may we all hit our goals is 2023.

Nice going! That's some pace for the volume of km you covered in the month! I've never spent a full month running every day so kept the daily outings around half the distance as yours. Made it to the end anyway and am delighted with that. A hangover yesterday meant a last minute 23:15 run last night which was a close call! My big takeaway is being less concerned with checking conditions and just get on with it. Wind, rain, cold, ice (once you're careful) are no excuse to abandon a run! :)

Yeah I was aiming for top 10 and under 3:30 so hit both of those so happy with that, great race in fairness definitely recommend it.
