    Did some time on the telephone line side of things back in the day so to speak. Over the phone we had death threats, bomb threats, racist abuse, general bad language with complete lost the head physco rage. Also had the occasional dirty fecker thinking if he keeps chatting he will get de ride.

    Foreign students here are working a lot lot more than 20 hours. And if they way they cycle for Deliveroo and Just Eat is anything to go by, I'd rather not see them driving buses
