Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Anybody have information on this development?


    From what I can see the price of a 3 bed semi-detached has gone from:

    Phase 1 - 295k

    Phase 2 - 310k

    Phase 3 - 388k


    Seems scary!

    Yes , prices have gone up and up and up.

    New Development in Castleconnell, 3 beds are 365 ish and 4 beds 420 ish, approx

    I know poeple are saying prices are rising like crazy but when you think about it, these houses were that price 15 years ago.

    Does not look like a nice development. Hosues very poor design looking from the outside. You can see into most the main rooms driving past and the front room upstairs. It is turning into a hugh estate with minimal green areas for the amount of houses.
