New estate in Kilcock, nice houses but expensive for where they are.

Anyone put a deposit on these? I've put one down on number 14, three bed end of terrace.

Coonans/Vendors solicitor very slow with responses so far....

I put down a deposit recently at a 3 bed mid terrace.

Any reviews about the overall development and area?

Also, do you know if there's any social housing in the development?

Loads it's a fantastic progressive development with 60% plus social housing.

I am relatively new in Ireland so just wanted to check if having a major portion of social housing in a development is something to consider or is it fine?
