Gender Balance.

I can’t for the life of me understand why gender balance is a thing within Organisations, Councils, Companies, Positions etc Why can’t these roles in society just be filled with the most suitable people based on Education, Experience, Skills, etc .

They can be, it’s just that historically speaking, they weren’t.

This is the point. There should come a time when gender doesn't matter. At the moment, we are not there, but significant progress has been made.
