Russia Today (RT) is a media organization based in Russia that provides news and information in multiple languages. The channel has been accused of spreading propaganda by some Western governments, and its coverage has been criticized for being biased towards the Russian government's viewpoint.

In some countries, such as in Europe, RT has faced restrictions and been blocked or banned from broadcasting due to concerns about its content. However, it is possible to access RT through a VPN (Virtual Private Network) from Ukraine because Ukraine is not subject to the same restrictions as some European countries.

A VPN allows users to connect to the internet via a private network, masking their real IP address and location. By using a VPN, users can bypass geo-restrictions and access content that may be blocked in their country or region.

I don't understand the logic of this, Why is it blocked here and not in the country in conflict with Russia?
