2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? [Gaming/HTPC/Internet] (Apex, CoD, upcoming new RPGs, AoE II: DE, new RTSs)

3. Do you need a copy of Windows? [Yes]

4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? [No]

5. Do you need a monitor? [No]

6. Do you need any of these peripherals? [No]

7. Are you willing to try overclocking? [Ehhhh... ]

8. How can you pay? [Bank Transfer/Credit Card]

9. When are you purchasing? [In 30 days]

I mostly need help on if I've overdone, or am underdoing any specific area. It will act as a media server as well as for gaming.

I'd be happy at 1080 High/Ultra as I'd imagine 4K-High/Ultra I'd another few hundred €?

Unsure but can above handle 1440p?

Look, if it takes another €100 to get that I'll swing it ha. Willing to take advice on that side of it.

For movies, it would be a media server for some 4K content ideally.

Insane value, so you think I'm going to low on GPU or just that's a deal that can't be ignored haha.

That is a very good deal. It was just you mentioned 4k and if you do want to game at that resolution well then that is the card to get. There is no comparison between that card and the one you spec'd up. It on a totally different level.

It seems like a decent build.

What if I went 6800XT assuming that gets snapped up by someone else?

I historically bought used cards my first was a GTX 580 then a R9 290 and then a R9 Fury X and then a Rx Vega 56 but I had less money back then which is why I went for used cards with out any issues. I then bought three band new cards a Rx 5700 XT and then a Rx 6900 XT and currently a Rx 7900 XTX.

It's up to you but personally if it was me I'd buy that card in a heart beat.

I've bought the majority of items bar the graphics card.

Probably won't be much of a shift but has to be a small change to some older cards with the launch of the new ones.

And when I went to enquire on the one on Adverts it had been withdrawn. Such is life.

If your looking to buy something last gen for as cheap as they get I don't think the 6800xt (€600ish) or 6950xt (€700ish) will get much cheaper tbh. AMD will probably release a 7800xt soon which could either be brilliant value or like every other new card released lately "meh"
