    Oropesa, who was born in Mexico, has no criminal record to speak of, and his immigration status wasn't entirely clear Sunday. Authorities said he may have been intoxicated before the attack.

    Oropesa reportedly was firing an AR-15 in the middle of the night, last week. Their Honduran neighbors contacted him about cutting it out because their infant child was sleeping - despite a history of similar noise complaints, this time he killed 5 members of the family, including an 8-yr old, “execution style.”

    While authorities are sure of their identity they have evaded 150+ local, state & federal law enforcement response. The story is still naturally in development. They originally responded with a 2 mile perimeter/dragnet but they uncovered clothes and his cell phone outside that blockade attempt. They recovered the gun but he is still believed to be armed with minimum a handgun and an $80,000 reward is out for information leading to their arrest.
