So we just use a 5-4-6 strategy.

Very quiet in here considering the magnitude of tomorrow's game. I'm hopeful we can do it - but certain we won't go down without a fight. Assume the team will be announced at 12. Some speculation about a 6-2 split, but I'd be surprised.

It would be nice to give Marmion a send off in the Aviva rather than in St Africa. I don't think a 6-2 split is good against such a physical team.

Deon Fourie and Marvin Orie out for Stormers. That’s decent news

Being clear underdogs will mentally have guys fully focused for tomorrow. Let's limit the handling errors. Hopefully it will be a cracking game. Same as last week Connacht have nothing to lose

Absolutely bonus territory now. Keep within 7 with 20 to go and who knows what might happen.

Best of luck to the lads tomorrow.

Jeez, my nerves were shot last weekend. It was probably the best performance I have seen from Connacht in just ever. It even surpassed the 2016 final for me. Can I go through it all again. Absolutely. Gwan Connacht and fair play to our supporters who went to SA. They deserve mention for their absolute desire in following our team. No matter what happens it has been an incredible season and thank you Connacht team for achieving for us. As fans we applaud you.

It would be nicer to give him the send off in Thomond 😎😁

    will matter

We have to change the software from last week low scoring game to a high-scoring one. We must'nt panic if we conceed 4, 5 or 6 tries, we do have and really can score one more!

It's all about reaction. Don't forget we were in the game even after 60 bad minutes in September there, when we scored, before the try was rappealed and Aki sent-off

50,000 in the DHL Stadium for this one, must surely be Connacht's biggest ever fixture.

Fun fact, the weather in Cape Town and Galway is currently identical, 17C and sunny with a sea breeze.

    Mon Connacht!

    Some finish from Mack.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,331 ✭✭✭Locke_Lamora

Connacht playing very well, Stormers looking like strangers in their own stadium. Very nervous.

Like what I've seen from Murray, quick across the pitch, involved and a lineout steal already.

Too many missed tackles already. Conceding ground way too easy.

Blade is such a liability at times.

  • Registered Users Posts: 14,466 ✭✭✭✭cson

    Such a soft penalty.

They're starting to look really good too, not hopeful at the moment.

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,340 ✭✭✭✭Utopia Parkway

Carty has made so many handling errors the last two games. Two knock ons already and failed to find touch from a pen. Just basic stuff.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,024 ✭✭✭Euphoriasean

how many more time is he going to let them lie on the wrong side.

Our half backs will lose us this game.

That try from Libbock an absolute gift from a stupid kick from Jack.

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,340 ✭✭✭✭Utopia Parkway

Very poor from Conancht to leave themselves short on numbers on that side from the quick line out. Never seemed to sniff the danger.

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,444 ✭✭✭kuang1

Thought that quick line out was barely flat... Might have been worth a check.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,521 ✭✭✭typhoony

Was that pass not forward in the lead up to the try?

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,024 ✭✭✭Euphoriasean

    oh Jack!

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,521 ✭✭✭typhoony

Wind is strong but twice is criminal from carty

  • Registered Users Posts: 14,466 ✭✭✭✭cson

    FFS Jack.

What is the point of you?

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,162 ✭✭✭Stephen_Maturin

Carty gonna lose this for them, a shame

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,340 ✭✭✭✭Utopia Parkway

Can't believe that yet again from Carty. A complete liability at the moment.
