Would anyone know where I could get one of these? It's leaking when it rains. I think it comes as 2. Not sure about that though. Also would I have to remove the whole gutter to replace it?

Any decent builders providers or failing that you'll find them online. It's just a joiner piece for two pieces of guttering, simple job to replace.

It might depend if they are made out of a truck or a named brand like Wavin.

If it is handy to reach safely they should unclip from the top to remove the joiner and clean and dry the rubber seal and if you had some silicone spread it on the seal and remount and it should reseal it.

If it was broken then its a new one needed

Looked at it again and looks like a joiner for 2 lengths to seal it

Cheers. I had a look on Screwfix but can't find the same one.

Do you think I would have to remove the whole gutter section or should the joint just pop or clip off?

    Why replace if not broken

No only those 2 clips that join it together , needs cleaning and some silicone and snap it back in place

Unclip it and bring it to a builder's providers. This looks like it in some way but can't be sure:

If I unclip it will the gutter become unstable and possibly collapse.

It does not seem to be a supporting bracket but you dont show how close the wall bracket is , and it may drop a little bit as you could test it by releasing one clip and see how low it drops.

It won't because there are brackets every metre or thereabouts. But it could become brittle after years in the sunshine.

If you want to try a repair, try heating it with a hairdryer or heat gun gradually until it becomes plyable, then see if your seal is perished.
