    It is done to show that Kelly/Tubridy did not initiate the proceedings/contract/idea so then Kelly can claim that RTE as a large and reputable organisation.

    Thereby putting the onus on them.

    This isn't really the most efficient of systems. Going from T.D. to T.D, some kind of competent and others not competent at all, repeating their questions, fumbling their questions, not asking competent questions. It's fairly torturous. Has to be a better way.

    As I have said repeatedly before this appearance I would have advised Tubs and Kelly NOT to do it, and if they still insisted on doing it the only way to come out looking good would to be completely open and honest, and come groveling with an apology.

    I said if they came out all guns blazing it would backfire. And here we are.

    Noel Kelly I actually never negotiated with RTE I just followed there instructuon

    That is not really what you would want from an agent now is it.

    Ryan and his other clients needs to get back all they money they paid him over the years if he actually never negotiated for them and just followed RTE's intructions.
