BOI FUND TRANSFERS TO REVOLUT ACCOUNT

WHY ,WHEN I REQUEST A FUND TRANSFER TO MY REVOLUT ACCOUNT FROM MY BOI ACCOUNT THAT THE FUND GO TO A TPP HOLDING ACCOUNT. CAN THIS BE BYPASSED AS ITS VERY FRUSTATING. OTHER ACCOUNT HOILDERS THAT I KNOW DON'T HAVE THIS ISSUE. THEIR REVOLUT ACCOUNT IS CREDITED INSTANLY.

If the revolut account is getting credited instantly, they're topping up with their card, not doing a transfer.

Thanks for getting in touch with us here on Boards.ie

If you are using the Top Up function on your Revolut App, it would be necessary to approve the transaction on your 365 online app. Once this is done, the funds should appear instantly.

If you use the easy bank transfer function, it will take longer for the funds to transfer. They would generally appear the following working day if the transfer is made before 2:30pm on a working day.

Has this issue ever been sorted?

I have my Revolut and bank accounts linked and it takes 2 days to transfer money from my BOI to revolut?

As noted above, you need to link your BOI card, and not the account, to your Revolut account.

The Add money function on Revolut via your BOI Card is instant.

However, if you make an account transfer, this can will take 2-3 working days. This is known as a Third Party Payment (TPP). Thanks, Anna

Ahhhhhhhhhhh, so at some Stage, my bank card must have become unlinked. Ok, thanks ,, i get ya,, that caused me so much trouble.
