Cracked recycle bin

Hi,

I noticed there is a large crack on the recycle bin. We are with this garbage company (Recycle Right) for the last two years and surprised that it's already cracked.

Question is do we have to pay for the replacement?

Not usually. Contact your provider and ask. They often get damaged when being emptied.

take a pic of it and send it to the company , ask for a free replacement as it was damaged by their truck?

Yea, we noticed the crack upon picking up the bin once their truck took it away.

On their website, it says replacement bin is €150. I hope they won't play the trick now.

I am with AES and got a free replacement recycling bin a few years ago.

Tell your bin company if you have to pay you will be switching.
