That would be Liffey from the east.
As per OP it's rumoured to be Ospreys.

There were 3 Ospreys on the ramp at Casement yesterday.
They are from the USS Mesa Verde(amphibious landing vessel) which is docked in Dublin.

The weather isn't going to help very much for trying to spot them on approach.

This crap is clearing quickly south. hopefully a relatively clear view for the City of the Ospreys formation, but also hopefully a dry evening for the game

I'd imagine the carrier will have to move out into the bay if they are to land on the carrier.
I wouldn't think Dublin Port would allow that sort of thing within their grounds.
