Help needed with scanner.

Wife works with people with Intellectual Disability and one lad loves listening to his scanner. He's been given a new scanner a Uniden UBC125XLT. She gave it to me to program but I can't figure it out. I'm in Dublin (northside) and have instruction manual etc etc for the scanner. Would anyone help please programming it ? It would really make the owner happy to hear "any" chatter on the scanner.

Thanks Manna. I'm hoping to find someone to help me do the setting up. I've tried to follow the instruction manual but I'm a numpty and can't follow the booklet.
