Hi

I'm due to have immage broadband installed, currently with digiweb part fibre.

Can anyone tell me how the mask is mounted and does the cable run straight to router? Looking for breakdown on installation.

Possible looking for them put on side of the house and drill hole side of gavel? What's people experience?

They will put the receiver wherever the best signal is and run a cable to where you want to put the router. with mine they put the receiver on the gable end and ran the cable under the roof line and through a hole drilled in the wall. Tidy enough job but could be better.

Did they drill the hole into the attic? That's way like to and not run it down outside wall.

I would like if they run it into attic and fish it down the cavity wall to sitting room?

Is your house bungalow or two storey?

Bungalow. No, through outside wall. They said the are only allowed to do a limited run inside the house so was easier to come through the wall, I don't know if they'd do it in the attic.
