How do we get subtitles on the radio.

Wait!! This lad is the spokesperson for the ICMSA? Is he the best radio voice among the lot of them?

Having the preliminary death cert for these calls is like having the 4 Aces in poker, best hand to have.

a tough situation, but eFlow / electric ireland/ etc employees are not councilors and also have to go through procedures and checks. Else anyone can ring any company and cancel or change details of accounts.

A radio with an option to half the live playback speed would be needed for this caller.

He is not trying to change details, he's trying to pay the bill. Ive dealt with them in the wake of a family members death. Some companies are great. Some are absolutely ridiculous.

There's scammers calling in to pretending that Mr/Mrs X doyed, having the preliminary death cert opens all the doors and is first thing anyone should get when a relative dies if they want to organise their affairs.

Good luck to any scammers trying to call him, they would earn their corn that day from the office in downtown Kolkata.

FFS, the bloke on the call can't take your money and shove it in a drawer until it's sorted out later.
