Driving van on motorway with rear door open

Hello, my van is 2.5m in lenght but I have a few pipes that are 3m in lenght. Considering only one rear door will be open and it's tightly secured with a high vis on the end of the load, Am I allowed to drive on the motorway with it? Thank you

Put them diagonally in the van. From front, bottom corner on right side to rear, top corner on left side and they should fit. Or have them delivered. Or get a roof rack.
