Slow Cooker recipes!

There used to be a slow cooker thread here somewhere but here’s one I did earlier. 😋

Leave most of the chilli seeds out if you don’t want super spicy. Lots of ginger though. You drain the stock so don’t bother peeling the ginger.

All available in your local supermarket….ask 😋

Perhaps use this recipe to educate yourself on food and vegetables?

Onions, garlic, ginger, chillies, beansprouts, spring onions and coriander are hardly particularly exotic or difficult to find in any supermarket. My local Centra has all these ingredients and none of them are very expensive.

If you want to improve your diet, it is well known that variety is key.
