Sky Siro - email app requires re-authentication

    So I got Sky broadband about two months ago and since then, the Email app (work email) on my Samsung Galaxy phone keeps asking for re-authentication where I have to enter the password every 24-30 hours and then it would be fine for a day.

    I contacted the IT guys at work and they said my IP address is not static and that's why Outlook servers need to ask for the password again.

    Any idea if I could change some security settings on the router?
