Short Code issue with Vodafone

Hi, just wondering is anyone else having this issue today? I ported to Vodafone from Eir around 3 years ago but only today I am having an issue receiving short code texts.

I am still able to send and receive normal texts and calls so at least that's something.

Was onto their IT support and it's been escalated but wondering if anyone else has experienced this before or what kind of timeline I should expect for a fix. Thanks

Personally, when I had this issue I tried literally every avenue and nothing would fix. So, I decided to port back to eir and only then it started to work again.

Thanks for coming back to me! Serious pain with the banking stuff especially when I ported years ago so no idea why it's happening now.

I think it's back working now so if anyone has the same issue in the future none of their over chat and phone solutions worked like resenting network or restarting phone but something they did in the background when it was escalated. So hassle chat and call them and hopefully within half a day or so they will get it fixed!
