The €400 was a Disability Support grant, those on Disability Allowance, invalidity pension etc

It may well be that my original claim included Spanish credits and a mix up was made that I was living abroad. When I was moved to IP I was asked for details of any contributions/National Insurance made in other countries and I was resident in Spain for a few years so perhaps my NIF triggered as me living out foreign🤷‍♂️ That or my using N26 as a bank and non IE IBAN triggered as foreign. It's not an issue for me tho and has been that way since 2019.

It's your bank - because you use a foreign bank, the only way to get payment to you is to pay as if you were abroad too (every 4 weeks)

It's an IT limitation in the Department's payment system.

It's paid with your primary payment so you'll receive when you get your next IP payment, it's not paid as a separate payment

I get paid weekly (DA) into my N26 account
