Recycle, sell, or give away old fridge-freezer?

    i'm in a house with a standalone bosch fridge-freezer and an integrated belling fridge-freezer. we are replacing both with one American style fridge freezer.

    they work well, so I'm wondering whether i should put them up with a price on marketplace? or put on freecycle groups? I cannot deliver it nor do I know how to remove the built-in appliance.

    3rd default alternative is I tell powercity to remove them and take with them. but seems they will make me pay and it seems they will charge more than rubbish-taxi.ie etc.

    I've never been through this before so wondering what would you recommend?
