    No, but, if I recall, it does show how many applications you've completed recently

    Thanks, we’ve pulled out of selling our home as our purchase fell through.

    I applied for a large home improvement loan from avant today and immediately it refused by email! Gas that we have a loan offer of €315k from a bank but avant won’t give €75k!

    Hey, mate! Yup, mortgage loan offers usually pop up on your credit report. They're part of the credit history party, so keep an eye on your Credit Report like you would on your favorite playlist. 🏡💳

    They are two completely different financial products and consequently the decision criteria are different, as is the decision process. Thus the outcome of one does not have a significant impact on the other and the fact that you got an immediate refusal would suggest that they did not even get to the point of reviewing the CCR. You most likely fell short on one of their basic criteria or it could be a business policy such as that they don't want to make further loans for that purpose or that part of the country etc for the moment. You might want to consider applying to another institution.
