"My Eir" - anyone else having issues with it?

Is Eir's self-service portal down? Can't seem to connect to 'My eir' for the last couple of days.

I was just wondering if it's something to do with my internet connection, or a generalised issue?

Same here couldn't access at work for bills, but I did eventually get in. I usually just type Eir into Google click website and go to my eir and login but no joy, so I went back to Google and typed my eir and clicked login got in no bother.

I had same issue. thought its temporary but i was not able to log in for weeks. i rang customer service and straight away they reset my password and its working now.

  • I can’t even reach the website, never mind log in. None of the links, including on Google, seem to work

Same. I first tried last Saturday. No change. What a joke. Nothing even on eir social media about maintenance or anything.

  • Yeah they seem to be blissfully unaware of it. Only thing in can think is they’re maybe about to launch a new website or something.

If you tweet them at https://twitter.com/eircare they just say DM them with your details. It's like an automated reply and they're not evening reading the tweets. 🤨

Leaving folk in the dark is shockingly bad customer service.

It works, but only on the Eir network

Hi. Do you mean you can only access the my.eir.ie webpage via using eir home broadband or eir 4/5g?

I hope that's just a temporary arrangement. What if someone had an eir feature phone so couldn't use 4G and also had a non-eir broadband provider at home.

A few weeks back, my relative was again able to access their My Eir from the regular WiFi on their laptop.

We are with Eir and still can't get in for weeks even after resetting password loads of times. So not because of the network

same here with all the above comments, I have always been able to log in to my webpage and view my bills, And every week I would pay , say, 20 eu into my account so that when the bill was issued, the balance was minimal, I cant do this now , and getting no intelligent response from them. Thinking strongly about changing providers,

Is there still problems with logging onto my eir. I've being trying to log in for the last hour but it won't go into it. This has been happening over the last few months. Sometimes I can get into it and other times it won't go into it at all.

My Eir account does not work anymore. I cannot sign in. Noticed it only yesterday. The last time I used it was in December to check on the latest bill.

We are only with Eir and on an Eir landline.

Anyone else with the same issue?

Working fine today but not yesterday

Weird things going on here. I tried to sign in yesterday- and the system tried to offer me all the time a user name I dumped years ago. I kept trying with my user name I use for the last 5 years or so- but everything always reverted back to the old stuff. After 10 minutes or so a big sign came up telling me that "Eir" is closed for maintenance at the moment- but "they hope to be back soon".

Tried it several times today with different browsers- but no luck. The maintenance sign has not come up today- but 5 minutes ago after my last try I was told in a small message box that my account is "temporarily closed". No further explanation given.

I am now also being told to install "our new web app to give the best possible experience".

    What a load of shysters!
