"My Eir" - anyone else having issues with it?

Same. I first tried last Saturday. No change. What a joke. Nothing even on eir social media about maintenance or anything.

If you tweet them at https://twitter.com/eircare they just say DM them with your details. It's like an automated reply and they're not evening reading the tweets. 🤨

I hope that's just a temporary arrangement. What if someone had an eir feature phone so couldn't use 4G and also had a non-eir broadband provider at home.

same here with all the above comments, I have always been able to log in to my webpage and view my bills, And every week I would pay , say, 20 eu into my account so that when the bill was issued, the balance was minimal, I cant do this now , and getting no intelligent response from them.
