    Do yourself a favour and buy two of them, they sound a million miles better in a stereo pair. I had a One SL for a while but eventually bought a One to go with it mainly so I could have Alexa, but was pleasantly surprised by how much better it sounded. Really fills the room now.

    I'm looking to replace an ageing google home that i use mainly for radio and spotify

    The specs on the 3 page says it has google assistant but review websites say it does not.

    Anyone know for sure

    The One SL doesn't have a microphone so no voice control, you need to buy the One for that.

    What music service do you use?

    You can stream Spotify etc to it

    On iPhone for example, it supports AirPlay 2

    My own fault I suppose for not researching this further, I can't use this as a Bluetooth speaker. I knew it was the cut down version with no mic etc, but it uses Bluetooth for set up so using as a speaker should be no problem. Pissed not I didn't get the JBL Charge 5 I was going for.
