I think you are confusing the OP with Ag relief for CAT purposes. They seem to be asking about Stamp Duty specifically. No SD on what is left to you under a will or your entitlement under an intestacy.

There's no stamp duty on any land gained as part of inheritance. They'll happily ride way via other means
