Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

We're looking at buying a house in Tobarteascian, Cregaun Estate in Ennis. Would really appreciate if anyone can provide any information on houses here, flooding, desirable area, etc. Thanks so much.

With regard to flooding, Cregaun isn't in a Flood Zone but the main road outside the estate is. In saying that, the new flood defence works by Clare Abbey should prevent future flooding and not sure if Flood Maps have been modified since this was constructed.
