You could always snub the train and fly private jet if you want true speed and luxury, just like the Taoiseach, who snubbed our government jet and headed to the Balkans on Wednesday last on a French-built Dassault Falcon 2000 LXSprivate jet – at a cost of at least €30,000.

In case anyone accuses me of being political, I seem to remember reading that when SF flew trans-atlantic, they went first class, at high cost, not economy.
