I have faced more problems with incelphobia in my life than anti Irish sentiment. Although it must be stated that as a Northern Ireland person our birth right to Irish citizenship isn't really taken seriously by people. Everywhere I always see us called "Northern Irish" by people all around the British isles even though many of us reject that identity. It seems we have to have a unionist identity forced on us. I will give an example, I saw an article in the daily mail about a "Northern Irish person abusing a poppy seller in Lurgan", this person definitely would not call themselves Northern Irish. I think people are still ignorant about the complexities of our identity.
