Tracking a Draught

Trying to detect why my parent house seems to have a draught. It's recently built with 150mm insulation, composite external doors and doubly glazing.

I can feel a draught coming into the main room from the hallway. My mother has a stove which she uses daily. The downside is that she does not heat any other part of the house.

I'm not sure if there is an issue with trickle vents, letterbox, or it is the hold/cold division between the main room and the hallway creating some weird turbulence.

Would an anemometer help me here? I should state that three house had not gone through its air tightness tests yet. I'd like to see what the issue is now if possible before going for certification.

Also as this is a new build, is there any issue with her not heating the remainder of the house regularly?

    Thanks.
