Hawk PTO Pressure Washer

I tried using the washer on one of the frosty mornings 2 weeks ago and forgot to check if there was ice in the system... Unfortunately there was. While it did eventually partially clear itself I think I may have caused some damage. I need to run it at a higher rpm than before to get the same pressure and the unit runs a lot noisier now. The oil in the unit is milky colour as well.. although I can't be sure it was like that before this happened.

Anyone else have similar problem or any idea what might need fixing/replacing? My thoughts are that water damaged some seals and made its way into the main unit/gear housing.Hawk seem to be good on replacement parts and have a comprehensive catalogue on their website.
