If that went to McCarthy he would've gone straight over.

Bundee, JVDF and McCarthy all having excellent starts.

Crowley trying stuff but not working for him at the moment.

    Edit: jinxed McCarthy there, sorry

That was a really poor kick

Leaving far too many points out there, not just from the boot either.

Find it very hard to get interested in 6 nations again after the World Cup disaster. Kind of shows we’re in a different level completely to the southern hemisphere.

We have France on the ropes, the worry is we havent taken these chances, all France need is one score and they are back in it and it could switch the momentum completely.

    6 point swing there.

Frawley should be getting 40 here. Crowley is not with the rest of the team.

We're just fortunate our Pack have us so well in it.

It has been but all it takes is 1 try and it could change thing, if Ireland scored a try to make it 17-0 France would need a miracle.

    Feckin Ramos! He's money!

Barring a disaster Crowley is guaranteed to be the first choice fly half for the entire 5 nations. Hopefully he can grow into it.

    Yes!! That was bloody unexpected!

    What a pass by Crowley!

    25 minutes in....

Vintage France; playing with all the structure of a Chinese railway.

Crowley is being protected a lot and is sitting very deep. Tactical to protect him, to add to the full back line, to force kicks to make counter attacking chances or to free up JGB and Bundi and the five eight line? Either way it's not suiting the home side.

McCarthy is something else. I foresee him getting an "injury" if France get frustrated, which looks lie happening 😒

    That's more like it Crowley!

    Lineout going excellently too

    Fantastic try.

Doris and Crowley have been quiet, but both had huge moments in that try. Two excellent gain line winning carries from the former and an excellent disguised pass from the latter.

    There ye go.

    Well done crowley. Made that.

Lovely stuff. Excellent build up and hopefully that settles Crowley a bit.

Terrific from Crowley, and a lovely line from Beirne.

Both teams seam to be suffering from a World cup hangover , especially France , they are ther for the taking, another try

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,383 ✭✭✭Dave_The_Sheep

Lovely little delay on the pass from Crowley. He's mixing the good and the bad, but that was excellent!

I want another look at that Willemse tackle on Doris from the restart.

    Looked suspiciously high.
