Can I bury a electric cable in a wall without conduit and with an shielded ethernet and coax cable

Hi, I need to add a socket in a room and I have chased the wall. Can I put the electric cable in the chase and just plaster over it or does it need to be in conduit?

And can I place a shielded ethernet cable and coax in the same chase?

What are the current regs on this?

Are you sure, I don't think that is what the current regs say.

I think there is an exception that if the cable is greater than 50cm distance from the reverse of the wall and the run is horizontal or vertical then no protection is necessary. The cable however will need to be resistant to any corrosion from the plaster.
