Can I receive Irish Terrestrial Channels (live) via Broadband

Would it be overly difficult to set up an epg in an app that basically links to the free Irish channels web links.

The techy inside me says it can't be that hard? I imagine that's what the ibox service above is with the addition of BBC1, ITV, Film 4 and Channel 4

My thinking is that's where the €3/month price they quote goes to, they're likely paying something to BBC and ITV and just picking the Irish/C4 channels from their players, including the catch-up stuff

I'm not sure what the price the BBC charge is but it can't be that expensive if sky can charge me €25 a month for the 4 BBC channels, 100+ other channels and Netflix

I think our public service broadcasters are obliged to give their products for free to any operator

I set up the irish stations on a friend’s tv that couldn’t receive saorview. ( He has saorsat but no sports on that as has already been discussed on saorsat forum) I downloaded a few browsers but the only one that worked with all three services ( Rte player being the pain in the @$$) was one called TV bro browser. I bookmarked

Could watch all Irish channels live doing this but yes it wasa bit faffy but it worked to get round the viewing of gaa which was his main reason for trying it out. No gaa on saorsat.
