Replacing teeth on a digger issue

Or a long enough pin that will go through the other teeth holes and hit that one.

Cut the pin flush and drive it back 10mm where it came from. The tooth will come off then and will give you more room to drift the remaining but of the pin out.

Use a "G" clamp to push it in.

My bad, I apologise. I read it wrong more so from looking at the picture. The teeth looked like old ones.

The pin is being drove the wrong way. There are two bulges on the outside of the pin which catches the retainer washer, these are getting caught on the tooth receiver hole. Put the smooth end of the pin in from the left. It will pass through the retainer . When the bulges on the pin make it to retainer washer, a whack of a hammer will drive it through the retainer just enough and make it catch.
