Some putt from Aberg. He's an unreal talent.

That's a monster birdie putt by Aberg to join Scheffler and Morikawa on -7.

Big swing in scores for Scheffler & Morikawa on that hole.

Rory closed with par on the 18th to finish on +4. Disappointing tournament for him.

Scottie to win by 3. He owns the back 9 here.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,976 ✭✭✭JanuarySnowstor

Yes and not the first disappointing masters for him!! Extraordinary how he's second favourite almost every year in a course that he has only once came close to winning!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 288 ✭✭Caustic

Well he gave us untill the back 9 at least.

Still it is the masters back 9. So.....

    That's it over now

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 40,299 ✭✭✭✭Itssoeasy

Aberg in the water on 11.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,998 ✭✭✭✭sligeach

And that's the end of that for Aberg. Into the water on par 11th with his second shot. Hooked it way too much.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,099 ✭✭✭amacca

I felt from the chatter with the caddie that shot for Aberg wasnt going to go well..."love it"......

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 101 ✭✭mooz

Scheffler is just relentless, he's so consistent

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,580 ✭✭✭Asdfgh2020

Why. It clarifies the geographic location of the event as there are other ‘opens’ also……hardly a big deal…..tennis is able to add the country their events take place - apart from Wimbledon of course as brits like to be different….maybe they should refer to be wimbledon as the ‘open’ also….🤣

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,580 ✭✭✭Asdfgh2020

yet again all the Irish ☘️ lads flop at Augusta…..😡 what’s the best a ‘paddy’ has ever finished there…?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,998 ✭✭✭✭sligeach

There's surely no chance for Aberg now. Especially when you you see this week he's -9 for the front 9 and +2 for the back 9. Make that +4 now for the back 9 after disaster on 11.
